Fred

Fred is our beloved office dog and unofficial “Chief Happiness Officer.” At 2½ years old, this fluffy toy poodle brings joy and laughter every time he trots through the doors of our health & wellness centre.

Known for his boundless energy and irresistible charm, Fred loves greeting patients and staff alike with a wagging tail and plenty of cuddles. When he’s not winning hearts at the office, you can usually find him at home chasing his favorite toy—or sneakily stealing socks (his guilty pleasure!).

Fred is also a big fan of chicken treats, belly rubs, and afternoon naps in sunny spots. He visits us a few times each month, and his cheerful presence always brightens everyone’s day.

So, if you’re lucky enough to stop by when Fred’s in the building, don’t forget to say hello—you’ll leave with a smile (and maybe one less sock)! 🐶❤️
