We provide a compassionate and confidential space where patients and caregivers can explore their feelings, express their fears, and learn strategies for managing stress and maintaining their emotional well-being.

Whether you need help navigating the emotional impact of cancer, adjusting to new roles, or coping with the uncertainty of the future, our team is here to support you every step of the way.

Are you facing cancer and feeling like you're more than just your diagnosis?

Yoga-infused Psychotherapy

Yoga-infused psychotherapy applies the tools of yoga—movement, breathwork, meditation, and guided awareness—to support physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

It is holistic in nature, recognizing that health isn’t only about the body, but also about how we breathe, think, feel, and connect with life.

Grounded in the wisdom of the koshas—the five interconnected layers of body, breath, mind, wisdom, and spirit—this approach supports healing on multiple levels.

Through movement, breathwork, and mindfulness, clients can become more embodied, resilient, and connected to themselves.

These weekly sessions offer a calm, welcoming space to reconnect with your breath, body, and emotions through mindfulness and compassion-based meditation practices. Suitable for all experience levels, each class is trauma-sensitive and inclusive.

Personalized sessions focused on nervous system support, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care.

Somatic Integration Support

These one-on-one sessions offer trauma-informed hands-on somatic bodywork and supportive practices designed to help individuals navigate significant life transitions with greater peace and resilience. 

By releasing stored trauma, regulating emotions, and re-balancing the nervous system, these sessions restore a deeper sense of safety and personal agency.

Initial Foundational Sound Massage (Peter Hess®)

The vibrations do the work at the cellular level. All you need to do is close your eyes and follow the soothing sounds to support body’s innate ability to return to equilibrium. This is a non-invasive self-care modality to help let go what no longer serves you, creating spaciousness and harmony within to feel more like you again.
