A cancer diagnosis can change everything. It can shake your identity, overwhelm you with fear and uncertainty, and leave you feeling isolated—even when surrounded by support. I understand this, not only through my work but through personal experience. I know how heavy it can feel.
Â
I’m here to offer a calm, consistent presence as you move through this journey. You don’t have to push down your emotions or go it alone. This is a space where you are allowed to feel everything—grief, anger, confusion, hope. Together, we’ll gently explore what’s coming up and how it’s affecting your sense of self, your relationships, and your outlook.
Â
As a therapist, I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Attachment Theory, Brainspotting and Narrative therapy. My approach focuses on understanding your unique cancer journey and working collaboratively to create a therapeutic process to address your specific needs.
Â
You may feel like you have to “soldier on,” but you are still human. You are allowed to pause. You are allowed to be supported. You don’t have to face this alone. I’m here, and we’ll walk this path—together.
