Andrew Vincent

I support individuals and families impacted by cancer, knowing that a diagnosis can bring overwhelming emotional, practical, and spiritual challenges, not only for the person facing illness but also for their loved ones.
My approach is integrative, drawing from mindfulness-based interventions as well as existential and person-centered traditions.

I also work through a CALM therapy lens, which means we may explore your symptom management, connection with medical professionals, sense of identity and spirituality, and relationships with loved ones. I aim to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can express your fears and uncertainties and discover coping strategies that feel meaningful to you.

Together, we’ll reflect on your experiences, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with your values to cultivate a greater sense of purpose and peace. My areas of focus include grief and bereavement, anxiety, depression, stress management, self-esteem, experiences of meaninglessness, and interpersonal relationships.

Whether you are navigating the emotional impact of cancer, adjusting to new roles, or coping with uncertainty, my goal is to walk alongside you as you find balance, strength, and healing in your journey
