Having personally lived with PTSD, anxiety disorders, and childhood trauma, I know what it feels like to carry heavy burdens in both the body and mind. Breathwork has been one of the most effective tools in my own healing—helping me move out of survival mode, regulate my nervous system, and reconnect with my true self.
Today, breathwork continues to be my anchor—supporting me in daily life to stay centred, grounded, and peaceful rather than stuck in fight-or-flight. It has become a practice of self-connection and self-trust, allowing me to embrace who I am with presence and compassion.
I believe deeply in the power of breathwork to support transformation. It has the ability to reach beyond the surface and address the roots of our struggles—whether that’s addiction recovery, trauma and emotional healing, PTSD and other conditions, inner child work, nervous system regulation, or the release of generational trauma and baggage carried through families. With each breath, we create space for healing, release, and renewal.
It’s an honour to share this practice at the EIR Healing Centre, holding space for others to experience the same breakthroughs, balance, and sense of inner freedom that breathwork has gifted me.
