The Dance Between Us

MOVEMENT

MINDFULNESS

The Dance Between Us is a four-part movement and mindfulness series designed to help people deepen connection, better understand their relationship patterns, and rediscover the joy of moving through life together.

Using “the dance” as a metaphor for relationship, each session combines gentle movement with guided reflection and practical relationship tools to explore safety and trust, recognize patterns that emerge during conflict, practice new ways of communicating and responding, and strengthen connection, play, and appreciation.

The program is open to anyone looking to strengthen an important relationship; whether you attend with a spouse or partner, sibling, parent, adult child, or another significant person in your life.

No dance experience is needed, just a willingness to move, connect, and discover new steps together

*Limited to 8–10 participants · Begins Sunday, October 25, 2026

Your Facilitators

Cynthia Aguiar is a trauma-informed life and embodiment coach, movement facilitator, and energy practitioner devoted to helping individuals reconnect with their bodies and experience a sense of safety and joy from within.

With over 12 years of experience in education, Cynthia brings a deeply compassionate and grounded approach to her work. Her practice integrates EFT tapping, somatic-based techniques, and intuitive movement, creating accessible pathways for nervous system regulation, emotional release, and reconnection to self.

After experiencing a brain injury in 2021, Cynthia’s work evolved into a deeper mission: to support others in coming back home to their bodies. Her approach gently guides individuals out of survival states and into presence—where joy, pleasure, and self-connection become accessible again.

She is the founder of UNIQUEfemme, Her Movement & Co., and La Compagnie de Danse, and has facilitated workshops at institutions including Ivey Business School. Her work has been featured on Rogers TV and in Bold Magazine.

At the Eir Centre, Cynthia offers movement, EFT tapping, and somatic-based workshops, creating spaces where individuals can soften, release, and reconnect to themselves in a way that feels safe and empowering.
