When "just keep going" stops working, there's another way

R.I.S.E. is an 8-week group healing journey at the Eir Centre, for anyone who feels stuck, overwhelmed, or worn down, and is ready to feel differently.

*Limited to 8–10 participants · Begins Tuesday, October 13, 2026

Maybe this feels familiar…

You've tried the things that are supposed to help. Talked it over. Pushed through.

Waited for the heaviness to lift. And still; something hasn't shifted.

Maybe you feel stuck? Overwhelmed. Isolated, even in a room full of people. Worn down from carrying it all on your own.

If this sounds like your experience, you're not broken, and you're not alone. So much of what keeps us stuck is isolation, and healing rarely happens by ourselves.

You may not know that the Eir Centre isn't only for oncology patients.

R.I.S.E. is an 8-week, small-group program open to anyone ready to move from stuck to steady.

Built on an established, evidence-informed model of group healing developed in Canada and refined with hundreds of participants.

What makes it different is that you don't do it alone. R.I.S.E. brings together a small, consistent group to move through the journey together, at the pace of trust.

Introducing R.I.S.E. at the Eir Centre

Woven through the program are two medically-guided ketamine sessions, used gently as a catalyst to deepen the work you’re doing with the group—and always within a safe, medically-supervised container.

Is R.I.S.E. for You?

This program may be for you if you've been feeling:

Stuck — like you've tried what's supposed to work, and something still hasn't shifted

Overwhelmed — carrying more than feels manageable

Isolated or alone — even when surrounded by others

Worn down — depleted from holding it all yourself

Ready — for something different, in the support of community

*Because R.I.S.E. includes medically-guided ketamine, taking part depends on a medical assessment confirming it's a safe and suitable fit for you

“I was introduced to Carol Nisbet at the Eir Centre here in London. Both Dr. Potvin and Carol created a warm, welcoming and comfortable space in a beautiful environment where I felt safe to openly share what I have been experiencing and how it has been affecting me. I highly recommend visiting The Eir Centre in London..”
