Ubuntu Sunday Sessions at Eir Centre is a heart-centred gathering designed to nurture community, creativity, and collective healing. Rooted in the spirit of Ubuntu—“I am because we are”— everyone’s existence and wellbeing is tied to others.
These sessions invite participants to explore meaningful connection through shared experiences that support mind, body, and spirit.
Each Ubuntu Sunday session will feature one focused offering, allowing participants to fully immerse themselves in the experience. These sessions are meant to spark joy, learning, creativity and meaningful connection.
Through community, compassion, and holistic practices, participants are supported in reconnecting with themselves and with one another in a safe, inspiring, and spiritually enriching environment.

Movement & Dance Workshop
Mindful Movement, Release & EFT Tapping Workshop (90 minutes)
A restorative, body-based workshop designed to support calm, grounding, and emotional reset. This session weaves together gentle movement, breath, and EFT tapping to help regulate the nervous system and release stored tension in a safe and supported way.** EFT tapping is a simple practice that uses light tapping on the body to help calm the mind and regulate the nervous system. It supports the release of stress and creates a sense of grounding and ease.

Sound Journey
Guided by Caroline Nolan; a certified sound therapy practitioner, this immersive journey weaves together gongs, drums, and Himalayan and crystal singing bowls to create gentle vibrations that support nervous system regulation, deep rest, and emotional reset.
You’ll be invited to settle inward, listen, and receive — allowing layers of sound to guide you toward calm, spaciousness, and quiet connection.
The experience closes with optional group reflection, honouring the healing that happens when we pause together in community.
No experience is required —only a willingness to slow down, be supported, and journey within.
