ABOUT
Ubuntu Sunday Sessions at Eir Centre is a heart-centred gathering designed to nurture community, creativity, and collective healing. Rooted in the spirit of Ubuntu—“I am because we are”— everyone’s existence and wellbeing is tied to others.
These sessions invite participants to explore meaningful connection through shared experiences that support mind, body, and spirit.
Each Ubuntu Sunday session will feature one focused offering, allowing participants to fully immerse themselves in the experience. These sessions are meant to spark joy, learning, creativity and meaningful connection.
Through community, compassion, and holistic practices, participants are supported in reconnecting with themselves and with one another in a safe, inspiring, and spiritually enriching environment.
