Movement to Heal series

Cynthia Aguiar is a trauma-informed life and embodiment coach, movement facilitator, and energy practitioner devoted to helping individuals reconnect with their bodies and experience a sense of safety and joy from within.

With over 12 years of experience in education, Cynthia brings a deeply compassionate and grounded approach to her work. Her practice integrates EFT tapping, somatic-based techniques, and intuitive movement, creating accessible pathways for nervous system regulation, emotional release, and reconnection to self.

After experiencing a brain injury in 2021, Cynthia’s work evolved into a deeper mission: to support others in coming back home to their bodies. Her approach gently guides individuals out of survival states and into presence—where joy, pleasure, and self-connection become accessible again.

She is the founder of UNIQUEfemme, Her Movement & Co., and La Compagnie de Danse, and has facilitated workshops at institutions including Ivey Business School. Her work has been featured on Rogers TV and in Bold Magazine.

At the Eir Centre, Cynthia offers movement, EFT tapping, and somatic-based workshops, creating spaces where individuals can soften, release, and reconnect to themselves in a way that feels safe and empowering.

Session II: Mindful Movement, Release & EFT Tapping

A restorative, body-based workshop designed to support calm, grounding, and emotional reset. This session weaves together gentle movement, breath, and EFT tapping to help regulate the nervous system and release stored tension in a safe and supported way.

Through guided practices, participants will be invited to slow down, reconnect inward, and create space for both physical and emotional release. This workshop aligns with a whole-person approach to well-being—supporting the body, mind, and energy system—leaving you feeling more centered, clear, and at ease.

** EFT tapping is a simple practice that uses light tapping on the body to help calm the mind and regulate the nervous system. It supports the release of stress and creates a sense of grounding and ease.
